    the check-in process was a bit slow. but the breakfast was absolutely delicious, the room was spacious with beautiful views, and the bathroom had a huge tub! really enjoyed the nice location next to shops.

    the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and the location was great and perfect adjacent to taikoo li, people's park, kuan & zhai alley, and tian fu guang chang and all the main city attractions such as people's park, kuan & zhai alley, and tian fu guang chang. the pool was amazing and i had welcome drinks in the outdoor bar. it was nice that wake up service and ironing were for free too.

    My stay this long weekend was amazing! The hotel was great with its spacious room and very nice breakfast, especially the freshly baked croissants. The butler service was attentive and helpful.

    I had an amazing stay with a generous room upgrade that blew my mind. The huge bathtubs and the amazing breakfast selection made my mornings delightful. The indoor pool and spa treatments were perfect for unwinding after a day out. Only downside was some delays with check-in, but overall a wonderful experience! 😊

    St. Regis is in a great spot, right next to a department store. The staff was super nice, and the grand beautiful king room was spacious. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the fantastic noodles!

    The service was really good, especially with our baby. We adored the spacious Grand Beautiful King Room, and the breakfast was a highlight-those pancakes were delicious! The location was great, right next to shops and eateries.

    In my wife's opinion, the heating was too extreme and not adjustable. Having to open the window on the 16th floor was a bit inconvenient, especially with road noise outside.

    The location is fantastic, right near shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean, definitely a highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the noodles. They were delicious. I faced some issues at check-in. The hotel couldn't find my reservation, and it took over 30 minutes to resolve it. While the Butler Manager offered us wine and fruit baskets as an apology, they only delivered the fruit to two of our three rooms. I also had problems with broken lights and a non-working TV. These issues were disappointing, especially given the hotel's reputation for excellent service. While overall it was a pleasant stay, the service really needs to improve to match the high expectations.

    Our experience was largely positive. The breakfast offered an amazing array of both Western and Asian dishes. Make sure to try the happy hour food options-they're delicious! Considering the minor check-in delays, our overall stay was good.
