the check-in process was a bit slow. but the breakfast was absolutely delicious, the room was spacious with beautiful views, and the bathroom had a huge tub! really enjoyed the nice location next to shops.

my stay this long weekend was amazing! the hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious room and incredible breakfast, especially the freshly baked croissants. the butler service was attentive and helpful, making my experience seamless.

I had an amazing stay with a generous room upgrade that blew my mind. The huge bathtubs and the amazing breakfast selection made my mornings delightful. The indoor pool and spa treatments were perfect for unwinding after a day out. Only downside was some delays with check-in, but overall a wonderful experience! 😊

The St Regis Chengdu features beautifully decorated spaces that are both elegant and accessible for seniors. The spacious lounge areas, complete with comfortable seating and artful touches, create a relaxing environment for leisurely enjoyment.

More staff training for better communication would help.

st. regis is in a great spot, right next to a department store. the staff was super nice, and the grand deluxe king room was spacious. breakfast was a highlight, especially the fantastic noodles!

Enjoyed the impressive fitness center and the stunning outdoor bar on the 27th floor. The spa was a great surprise too!

Dated hardware throughout, sauna and steam room not up to standard!!! WiFi issues made work impossible, heating too hot and centralized, constant road noise intruding on comfort!!!

The service was exceptional, especially with our baby. We adored the spacious Grand Deluxe King Room, and the breakfast was a highlight—those pancakes were delicious! The location was great, right next to shops and eateries, making it ideal for families.

In my wife’s opinion, the heating was too extreme and not adjustable. Having to open the window on the 16th floor was a bit inconvenient, especially with road noise outside.

This was just a balanced option for getting around Chengdu with outstanding value. The room was super spacious with comfy bedding. Make sure to ask about breakfast options before you check in.

I recently stayed at St Regis Chengdu for 6 nights in a Grand Deluxe King Room. The location is fantastic, right near shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean, definitely a highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the noodles. they were delicious. However, I faced some issues at check-in. The hotel couldn't find my reservation, and it took over 30 minutes to resolve it. While the Butler Manager offered us wine and fruit baskets as an apology, they only delivered the fruit to two of our three rooms. I also had problems with broken lights and a non-working TV. These issues were disappointing, especially given the hotel's reputation for excellent service. While overall it was a pleasant stay, the service really needs to improve to match the high expectations.

Our experience was largely positive, with attentive staff who made us feel special. The breakfast offered an amazing array of both Western and Asian dishes. Make sure to try the happy hour food options—they’re delicious! Considering the minor check-in delays, our overall stay was delightful.
